Bouquet de Crochet
School Project — 2025
This was a comprehensive branding project developed over the course of a full quarter. I chose to brand a fictional business called "Bouquet de Crochet," which sells crochet flower bouquets, individual flowers, and offers crochet classes. A key selling point of the business is that the flowers will never wilt, which inspired the tagline: “A gift that never wilts.” The project included developing a mood board, creating consumer profiles to represent a diverse target audience, and designing a brand standards guide. From this foundation, I produced a full set of branded materials to represent the business across print and digital platforms.

Reflection
This project gave me valuable experience in building a complete brand identity from concept to execution. If I were to redo this type of project, I would start with a clearer vision before designing, to ensure the brand standards board set the right foundation for every mockup. For example, the sample bouquet card in my brand standards board didn’t fully match the rest of the deliverables, which relied more on tints and consistent formatting. I would also refine the three-panel mailer’s layout, since I wasn’t able to test-print it at the time. After creating an accurate-sized template later, I updated the design so each fold aligned properly. Overall, this project strengthened my ability to think strategically about consistency and cohesion across a full branding package.
